Tropical Kedondong Juice

2 Fresh Kedondong Fruit
Caster Sugar
Ice Cube
Salty Dried Fruit

Peel the kedondong fruit and throw away the seed

mix kedondong sugar salt and some ice in a blender
Blend all until smooth

Put it into serving glass
Add few Ice cube
Add salty dried fruit for garnish

For your information :
Kedondong is tropical fruit found mostly in Asia country such as Indonesia.
Green kedondong taste more sour
If kedondong fruit is ripe the taste is more sweet
You can also use this fruit as a fruit salad and for other recipe.

1 Red dragon fruit (because the red one have more attractive color than the white dragon fruit).
200ml of yogurt
2 Scope of Vanilla Ice cream (or other flavor)
Caster Sugar (if its not sweet enough for you).
ice cube

Peel the dragon fruit and dice it into small cubes.
Put dragon fruit, yogurt, sugar and ice cube into a blender.
Blend all ingredients.
Pour into serving glass
Add two scope of vanilla ice cream on top

voila ready to served

Oh My Smoothie

9 peeled oranges

5 peeled pears or apples

2 sweet potato

Sugar syrup (optional as you like it)


Put all ingredients in a blender, blend all until smooth

Makes 8 servings

Carringa Juice

8 Carrots

½ inch of Ginger
2 Apple

Peel off the ginger, apple and carrots skin
Slice into small pieces

Put all ingredients into juice extractor
Pour into serving glass

This recipe could makes 2 servings or more

Fruity Rum

½ Apple Juice

½ Pineapple Juice

½ Orange Juice

1 Ounce of cherry Juice

1 Ounce of rum

Crushed ice

Put all ingredients into a blender

Blend until mix thoroughly

Pour into serving glass

Add crushed ice

Decorate and ready to serve

Cold Wine Brandy

2 Ounces of Brandy

1 Bottle of red wine

1 Cup Sugar

2 Cloves

Cinnamon sticks



Put the red wine cinnamon and cloves into a pan and heat it with small flame.

Put sugar into the mix and keep stirring for approximately ten minutes until the mixture blend.

Pour the brandy into the pan and keep stirring for 20 minutes.

Now add orange slices into the pan

Turn off the stove and let the mix ingredients to cool down.

Don’t forget to strain the mixture

Put the mixture into a blender and add the ice.

Serve the cold drinks into pitcher or glass

Makes 1 serving or more
