8 Carrots

½ inch of Ginger
2 Apple

Peel off the ginger, apple and carrots skin
Slice into small pieces

Put all ingredients into juice extractor
Pour into serving glass

This recipe could makes 2 servings or more

1 Red dragon fruit (because the red one have more attractive color than the white dragon fruit). 200ml of yogurt 2 Scope of Vanilla Ice cream (or other flavor) Caster Sugar (if its not sweet enough for you). ice cube Peel the dragon fruit and dice it into small cubes. Put dragon fruit, yogurt, sugar and ice cube into a blender. Blend all ingredients. Pour into serving glass Add two scope of vanilla ice cream on top voila ready to served
