2 ounces lemon syrup Hot water Add hot water to a mug Mix the syrup with hot water Add spoonful of marshmallow for a topping Serve with additional wafers Makes one serving

1 ounces orange syrup 1 egg 1 ounce cream Hot water Mix the syrup, egg, and cream in a shaker. Shake the shaker to blend the ingredients Add hot water before serving. Makes one serving

1 ounce lime juice 1 egg (take the white egg) 2 teaspoon powdered sugar Add hot water Add small spoonful of whipped cream. Makes 1 serving

1 egg ½ fruit of orange juice 2 teaspoon powdered sugar Shake well and strain add one cup of hot water. Stir and serve Makes 1 serving
