Carrot Juice

I recommend only organic carrots.

  • You need only to rinse them and cut off the tops.
  • Pieces to fit into juicer.
  • Process one pound of carrots to make approximately one serving (8 ounces) of juice.
  • An apple can be added if a sweeter juice is desired.
Strain before drinking.
Makes 1 servings.You can double or triple the recipes to serve more people.
