Fruity Smoothie

1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened fruit
1/2 cup (4 oz.) lowfat, vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp. apple juice concentrate
Grape Nuts

Place fruit, yogurt and apple juice concentrate in blender until well blended.
The smoothie will be thick and yummy.

Makes 1 servings. You can double or triple the recipes to serve more people.
