Tropical Shake

  • 1/2 mango, peeled, seed removed
  • 2 tbsp. frozen pina coloda mix (or 1/8 tsp. natural coconut extract)
  • 1/2 banana, cut in chunks, frozen
  • 4 strawberries, frozen
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 heaping tbsp. high-quality protein powder (optional)

In a blender, process all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve.

Makes 1 servings. You can double or triple the recipes to serve more people.
