Veggie Blend 1 (Good for Immune System)

  • 4-5 large carrots
  • Small handful of parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 apple, cored

Run ingredients through juicer. Strain. The parsley takes care of the garlic odor, and the apple sweetens the juice.

Makes 1 Servings. You can double or triple the recipes to serve more people.
